Sleeping arrangements include 1 King Size, 1 Queen Size, 1 Full Size, and 4 Twin Size beds, providing versatility for your group.
Enjoy the convenience of free parking spots on a first-come, first-serve basis, with no street parking allowed. The property features central heating, linens, and towels provided, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-house washer and dryer, an iron, hair dryer, and free cable TV and internet. Starter supplies include 1 roll of paper towel per bathroom, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, trash bags in all trashes, and a new toilet paper roll in each bathroom. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in all full bathrooms. Please note that the house is self-catering, so you may want to visit the nearest supermarket for any additional items you need during your stay. - Pool Heat is available at a daily rate of $50.00 (it must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 7 days before check-in).
- The home is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. Violating this policy will result in a minimum $400.00 charge against the security deposit.
- Starter supplies include 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small bar soap in each bathroom, personal hygiene items, dish soap/sponge, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.
- Housekeeping is not provided as a daily service, but the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.
