With 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and room for 11 guests, it's the perfect escape just 10 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal. While the stairway and bedrooms have plush carpeting, you'll find 2 King Size beds, 1 Queen Size bed, 1 Full Size bed, and 3 Twin Size beds. Parking is a breeze with free spots, but please note there's no street parking allowed. The townhome features central amenities, linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, and complimentary cable and internet. Starter supplies are included, like paper towels, dish sponges, dish detergent, trash bags, and a fresh roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. You'll also find soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms. This is a self-catering house, so be sure to stock up on any additional items you need from the nearby supermarket. Additionally, there's a 9-hole mini golf course and sand volleyball courts for some family-friendly fun. The fitness center is open for extended hours, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Enjoy a refreshing drink at the outdoor Tiki bar by the pool or indulge in delicious food poolside. Don't forget to treat yourself to ice cream sundaes from the poolside Ice Cream shop. The Clubhouse also offers a range of amenities, including a huge resort-style pool, a 9-hole mini golf course, a lazy river, a kid's splash park, 2 waterslides, a Tiki-Bar, a fitness center, sand volleyball courts, an arcade game room, on-site dining, an Ice-Cream Shop, and kayak rentals.

Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It must be requested at least 7 days before check-in and for the entire stay)
Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and no pets are allowed. Violation of these terms will incur a charge of at least $400.00 against the security deposit.
Starter supplies include 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small bar soap in each bathroom, items for personal hygiene, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.
Housekeeping services are not provided daily, but mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
This house is self-catering, so please plan to purchase any additional personal toiletries and meals from the nearest supermarket.
