Inside, you'll discover the comfort of carpeting on the stairway and in the bedrooms. Rest easy with various bedding options, including 1 King Size bed, 1 Queen Size bed, and 4 Twin Size beds. Enjoy free on-site parking in the driveway, with no street parking allowed. The home boasts central amenities, linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-house washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and complimentary cable and internet. Starter supplies are thoughtfully provided, including paper towels, dish sponges, detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms.
Please note that this house is self-catering, so a quick visit to the nearest supermarket is recommended for any additional items you may need during your stay.
Crystal Cove Resort offers guests full access to its clubhouse, featuring a communal pool, game room, fitness area, and a beautiful 5-acre man-made lake. It's conveniently located near Lake Toho, known for bass fishing and exciting airboat rides. The condominium boasts a Clubhouse with a swimming pool, playground, fitness center, and games room.
Extras:
- Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (Must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 7 days before check-in).
- Please note that the home is a non-smoking property, and pets are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum charge of $400.00 against the security deposit.
