Introducing an impressive 3275 sq. ft. Private Pool and Spa Home featuring 5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 12 guests, spread across two floors. Located within the lush Windsor at Westside Resort , this vacation haven is a mere 20-minute drive to Disney and just 30 minutes away from Universal. The house offers a comfortable interior with carpeting on the stairway and in the bedrooms, providing 2 King Size beds, 1 Queen Size bed, 2 Full Size beds, and 2 Twin Size beds.
You'll enjoy the convenience of free parking on the driveway, and please note that street parking is not permitted. The property is equipped with essential amenities, including central heating and air conditioning, complimentary linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-house washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, and free cable TV and internet. To get you started, we provide a handy supply of starter items, such as 1 roll of paper towel, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, trash bags for all garbage receptacles, 1 new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms. Keep in mind that this house is self-catering, so we recommend a quick visit to the nearest supermarket for any additional items you may need during your stay.
For added convenience, consider our optional extras:
- Pool Heat: Available for $50.00 per day (must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 7 days before check-in)
Please note that our property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Violation of these terms may result in a minimum charge of $400.00 against the security deposit.
Starter Supplies:
- We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small hotel-size bar soap in each bathroom, along with items for personal hygiene, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, as well as a garbage bag.
Housekeeping:
- Please be aware that there is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit, providing clean sheets and towels. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.
Self-Catering:
- This house is self-catering, and although we provide welcome amenities, we recommend a visit to the nearest supermarket for additional personal toiletries and meal items.
Food:
- In accordance with Florida law, we cannot leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Any remaining food items will be removed after guest check-out, and no condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.
Excessive Cleaning:
- Please note that excessive cleaning or a double clean is charged at $100.00.
