For your convenience, starter supplies are provided, including 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom, items for personal hygiene, a dish soap/sponge, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry, and a garbage bag. It's important to note that this house is self-catering, so we recommend a trip to the nearest supermarket for additional personal toiletries and meal items. According to Florida law, open food items are not allowed in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Therefore, all food items will be removed after guests check out, and no supply of items like condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in. If excessive cleaning is required, a charge of $100.00 may apply.
