- This home is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Violation of this policy may result in a minimum charge of $400.00 against the security deposit.

Starter Supplies: We offer a starter supplies package, including 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small hotel-sized bar soap in each bathroom, along with items for personal hygiene, a dish soap and sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.

Housekeeping: Please be aware that daily housekeeping service is not part of the rental rate. The unit undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection by a professional cleaning company before check-in, with clean sheets and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.

Self-Catering: This house is designed for self-catering. While we provide welcome amenities, we recommend a visit to the nearest supermarket for additional personal toiletries and meal provisions.

Food: In compliance with Florida law, open food cannot be left in refrigerators or kitchen closets. Therefore, all food items will be removed after guest checkout, and we do not provide items such as condiments or coffee powder before check-in.
