Offering a few surprises along the way, our 189FR property is located in one of our favorite new communities, Festival Resort. It promises to give up to 13 guests a resort-style lifestyle to which all will quickly become accustomed. Not your ordinary townhome, this special property offers 4 spacious and serene bedrooms, 4 spa-like baths, and its own private pool to be enjoyed whenever the mood strikes! Guests will enter the two-story townhome on the first floor, walking into a spacious and bright entryway, leading the way to the public spaces on the open-concept floorplan.

Downstairs

Living Room: With light streaming through the sliding glass doors on the opposite wall, the living room is the first space we will explore. Welcoming guests and inviting them to come on in and get comfortable, a large sofa and two occasional chairs provide the perfect spot to watch the 55-inch flat-screen television hanging on the wall opposite. A soft rug in shades of gray, blue, and white anchors the space and creates a designated living room zone in the open floor plan.

Dining Room: Sharing the same blue accent wall as the kitchen, a sturdy wood table surrounded by four upholstered chairs and one roomy bench creates a space where families will love to gather. A single elephant “trumpets” loudly at the beach-themed accent pieces dotting the open shelves and a modern chandelier ensures that even nighttime escapades will be brightly lit; a sliding glass door leading out to the pool keeps the entire room bright and tile floors can be quickly and easily dried off when wet bodies make their way back into the interior of 189FR.

Kitchen: Dark cabinets create a dramatic statement against the jaunty blue accent wall in this thoroughly modern kitchen, where form and function combine to create a room that is the dream of every amateur chef. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops offer a sleek and modern look that appeals to all. A large center island offers room to hold as many delicious dishes as the cook of the day decides to create or can be used as overflow seating for up to 4 more guests.

Bedroom 1: A king bed topped with a deluxe pillow top mattress anchors the only bedroom that is downstairs, creating a zone that is perfect for travelers with mobility issues. An upholstered headboard provides a comfortable place to relax as guests watch the large flat-screened television hanging on the wall opposite the bed. Upgraded linens are guaranteed to feel soft against your skin and although this room is not ensuite, the shared bath on this floor is close enough to feel as if it is, offering a tiled walk-in shower and a granite-topped double vanity for ease and convenience.

Patio/Pool Area: Guests want to have fun in their vacation homes, and although 189FR offers access to community amenities (including a giant pool!) the private splash pool found in the backyard of this townhome is guaranteed to get a lot of use. Also offering a patio table with room for 4 guests to enjoy al fresco meals on, a propane grill, and a pool fence for the safety of the littlest travelers, this outdoor space is totally screened in and is an unexpected surprise for townhome dwellers!

Upstairs

Theater Room: An upstairs loft provides another seating area guaranteed to make travelers happy, offering a wall-mount flat-screen TV with Netflix/Roku and comfortable seating for hours of movie-watching entertainment. Two desks found on this level are great spots for virtual meetings on online learning and may or may not have been the site of more than a few TikTok videos!

Master Bedroom: A gold accent wall and Paris-themed bedding give this sophisticated master suite a grown-up feel that will help tone down all the kiddy experiences guests are enjoying. A padded headboard on the king bed provides support for tired necks and shoulders as occupants watch the large flat-screened television hanging on the wall opposite and the ensuite bath features updated fixtures, a tiled walk-in shower, and a double vanity topped with a thick piece of granite.

Bedroom 3: The bunk room offers a great escape for the littles in your traveling group, featuring two sets of twin bunk beds, colorful walls, and a cheerful ambiance guaranteed to help the kiddos dream happy dreams. The mattresses are pillow topped, the linens are super soft, and shared access to the 3rd bathroom ensures that all necessities are handled easily. The shared bath is similar to the others, only it offers a tub/shower combo that makes bathing the little ones easy and fun!

Bedroom 4: A wise elephant watches over all those who sleep in the final bedroom, offering a twin-over-full bunk that stands out against a cheerful Kelly green wall. A flat-screen television provides entertainment and pillow-topped mattresses and soft linens continue the resort feel found throughout the townhome.

Guest will be provided with an amenities card that will grant access to an oversized resort pool with Private Cabanas, Kids Water Park, 18 Hole Miniature Golf Course, Volleyball Court, Restaurant and Bar, Mini Mart, Ice Cream Parlor, Fitness Center, & Kids Activity Center. **If the amenities card is lost or damaged there will be a $50 charge to replace**

Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and should be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in)
The BBQ grill is available for $60 *Propane Gas Refill not included.
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge, detergent for dishwasher, laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide Welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

Excessive required cleaning or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00
