Art’s the Spark at the Orlando Museum of Art

On these select Saturdays, the museum opens its doors between 10:30 am and noon to visitors with memory or neurological impairments. These can include visitors with early-stage Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s Disease just to name a few. Alongside family members and caregivers, guests struggling with these conditions can make their way through an interactive tour of museum exhibits to spark inspiration and discussions of all kinds. Coffee is served up after the tour and a studio art activity is included in the experience. EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

This annual event will happen from March 1, 2023, through July 5, 2023, and see EPCOT transformed into a blooming spectacle of entertainment, fresh flowers, brilliant gardens, and more! SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival

Enjoy Mickey’s No So Scary Halloween Party at Disney’s Magic Kingdom

Travelers who are heading to Orlando this Halloween with little ones in tow won’t want to miss out on the Disney fun by booking tickets to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party while they’re here! This annual and beloved event is back after a 2-year hiatus, much to the delight of local families and visiting families alike. Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is happening on select nights throughout October and tickets to the party need to be booked in addition to traditional park entrance tickets. Once you’ve purchased your entrance, guests can get dressed up in their Halloween best and arrive early at the park by 4:00 pm to take advantage of the rides and attractions before the real fun kicks off at 7:00 pm. Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is a great way to celebrate the holiday with kids of all ages without having to worry about anything spooky included. The event includes a costumed character parade, the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, a Disney Junior dance zone, and an incredible fireworks display that starts at 10:15 pm. It’s a fun-for-everyone experience you won’t want to miss in Orlando this Halloween.

Check Out Brick or Treat at Legoland Florida

When you’ve had your fill of Disney fun this Halloween, Legoland Florida is also hosting its annual family-friendly Halloween event known as Brick or Treat! Legoland Florida is located in nearby Winter Haven and this event will be hosted on select dates throughout the entire month of October. It’s a great option for adults and kids looking to enjoy everything from LEGO ghost building and costume contests to scavenger hunts through the park and meet-and-greets with favorite Lego characters too! There are three live shows as part of this event including The Jammin’ Jacks, The UnbeLEAFable Halloween Night, and V.I.M Dance Party hosted by Lord Vampyre. Guests can also watch the park’s new 4D movie titled The Great Monster Chase during their visit! The Brick or Treat fun is included in the cost of an entry ticket and trick-or-treating is available during the event as well.

Admire the Fairy Doors Exhibit at the Harry P. Leu Gardens

Year-round, the Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando offer guests and locals alike a respite from the hustle and bustle of the world. This 50-acre garden space is brimming over with blooms, exotic plants, and water features that provide an other-worldly feel to enjoy while you’re wandering through. Those coming to Orlando over Halloween will be just in time to enjoy the garden’s Fairy Doors Exhibit while they’re in town! This exhibit runs through October 31st and entry is just $15 for adults and $10 for children ages 4 to 17. The exhibit showcases no less than 20 whimsical fairy doors scattered throughout the gardens and waiting to be discovered by guests. Once a door is found, guests can read about the fairy that calls that door home using the exhibit map. This is a great event for visitors of all ages who are looking to sprinkle some magic into their Halloween experience this year. The Harry P. Leu Gardens are conveniently located at 1920 N. Forest Avenue and children under 3 can enjoy the gardens for free.

Make the Most of IMMERSE 2022

Between October 21st and October 23, 2022, IMMERSE is back in Orlando in full force and ready to be enjoyed! This annual event is organized by the Creative City Project and sees over 10 city blocks transform with dance, music, acrobats, projections, murals, interactive installations, and theater!
