Exterior Features

Arrive at the home on the cozy quiet street in the Solterra Resort neighborhood. The Florida/Mediterranean style of the two-story home has a tiled roof and stucco finish that blends into the surroundings. Towering palm trees offer shade as you make your way up the walk to the front door. Once you’ve wandered around inside, step out into your outdoor oasis. A covered patio boasts outdoor living furnishings, an outdoor dining table, a collapsible pool fence, and an optional BBQ grill. Beyond the covered patio is a large pool with a spillover spa covered by a screened-in lanai. The resort offers many outdoor amenities as well. There’s a children’s playground with climbers and swings, a tennis court, multiple pools, a lazy river, a water slide, and more.

Interior Amenities

Step inside into Florida relaxed and calm. A small entryway boasts a place to kick your shoes off and hang your coats. Cool, neutral colors run throughout the great room. Cozy together on the sectional sofa with a chaise and watch a movie or TV show on the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. At mealtime, the fully equipped kitchen boasts a myriad of cupboards and drawers with everything you need, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter and prep space. A large kitchen island also offers seating for four to enjoy a quick snack or to help the chef with meal preparations. Take a seat at the dining table set for eight. For your convenience, there is a ½ bathroom nearby that is also accessible from the pool area. Rain or shine, there’s fun to be had. The garage has been converted into a game area with wood floors and table games including pool, air hockey, and foosball. There is a second living/family room with a large, wraparound couch, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a sound bar, and blackout curtains for a fun movie night.

The first-floor master suite boasts a king bed, floating night tables, and an en suite bath with a soaking tub and shower stall. Upstairs, you’ll find the final four bedrooms, as well as the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The second bedroom is set up as a second master and boasts a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bath with shower. The third bedroom boasts a queen size bed, large flat-screen TV, and access to a bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom boasts a large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, twin-over-full bunk, and Minion theme décor. The final bedroom also boasts a twin-over-full bunk and wall-mounted flat-screen TV but is decorated in a Finding Nemo theme. The rooms share a bathroom with a shower.
