This 3221 Sq. Ft. Private Pool and Spa Home has 6 Bedrooms, 5 Full Bathrooms and Sleeps 14 people distributed in 2 Floor(s). This property is in West Haven, only 20 min away from Disney and 30 min from Universal. The House does not have carpet and offers you 2 King Size, 1 Queen Size, 2 Full Size, 4 Twin Size for your stay. Also, Free on the driveway. No street parking allowed. Parking, Central, Linens & Towels Provided, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer in House, Iron, Hair Dryer and Free Cable & Internet. As a starter supplies, you will find 1 Roll Paper Towel, 1 Dish Sponge, 1 Dish Detergent, Trash Bags in all trashes, 1 new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner in all full bathrooms. The house is self-catering. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for your stay. If you want a welcome package, please call us. West Haven Orlando is in Davenport, Florida southwest of Orlando. The West Haven vacation home community comprises the following 6 completed resort communities: The Shire at West Haven, The Hamlet at West Haven, The Green at West Haven, The Sanctuary at West Haven, The Abbey at West Haven, The Manor at West Haven. The vacation homes in West Haven Davenport are located approximately 14.5 miles (23km) from Magic Kingdom, 13.9 miles (22km) from Animal Kingdom and 13.4 miles (22km) from Epcot. Champions Gate Resort, including golf course, shops and restaurants, is located less than 2 miles away. The West Haven villas are also in proximity to Universal Studios 20.8 miles (34km) and Sea World is approximately 18 miles (29km) away. Major shops and restaurants are located nearby in the Champions Gate area with a more extensive choice located 8.4 miles (13km) driving to the north on Highway 192. Each of the individual West Haven vacation home communities are gated and have their own individual community swimming pools. The master clubhouse and master community pool were not yet completed as of the time of this review. Many of the individual West Haven rentals come with their own pool.

Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and should be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in)
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum.
STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom, items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide Welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.
Excessive required cleaning or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00.
